(Commencement) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.

2. The Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018, except sections 2(b), 3(a), (b), (d), (f) and (i), 4, 5, 12(b), 13 to 16, 17(d) to (h), 18, 19, 33, 37, 40, 42, 44, 47, 51, 59, 60, 62, 67, 68, 69, 75 and 76, comes into operation on 2 January 2019.
