Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed
Form) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 28 April 2017.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “Form set out in the Schedule” and substituting the words “form for the Notice to Attend Court provided at the Agency’s official website at http://www.nea.gov.sg”.

Deletion of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) Regulations is deleted.
