Allied Health Professions
(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 November 2020.
Amendment of Part II of First Schedule
2.  Division 2 of Part II of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 2A relating to the country “Australia”, the following item:
 
“2B.Curtin University of Technology
Doctor of
Physiotherapy”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 14 relating to the country “Australia”, the following item:
 
“14A.University of Melbourne
Doctor of Physiotherapy”.
Amendment of Part III of First Schedule
3.  Division 2 of Part III of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 is amended by inserting, immediately after item 21 relating to the country “Australia”, the following item:
 
“22.University of Melbourne
Master of Speech Pathology”.
