(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Compulsory Education Act 2000, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations are the Compulsory Education (National Primary Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.
(2)  Regulation 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 3 October 2022.
(3)  Regulation 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 26 June 2023.
(4)  Regulation 2(c), (e), (g) and (h) is deemed to have come into operation on 27 November 2023.
(5)  Regulation 2(d) and (f) comes into operation on 2 January 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Compulsory Education (National Primary Schools) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 190/2018), in the Schedule —
(a)replace item 3 with —
