Health Products (Therapeutic Products
as Clinical Research Materials)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Health Products Act, the Health Sciences Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Health Products (Therapeutic Products as Clinical Research Materials) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 April 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Health Products (Therapeutic Products as Clinical Research Materials) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 332/2016) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$100” in item 1 and substituting “$103”;
(b)	by deleting “$6,000” in item 2(a) and substituting “$6,180”;
(c)	by deleting “$200” in item 2(b) and (d) and substituting in each case “$206”; and
(d)	by deleting “$3,500” in item 2(c) and substituting “$3,605”.
