Fisheries (Fishing Gear)
(Amendment) Rules 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Fisheries (Fishing Gear) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and come into operation on 1 March 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 1 of the Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Gear) Rules (R 6) is amended by deleting the words “$20 per annum” and substituting the words “$20 per licence”.
