(Protected Places) (No. 2)
Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1) and 19(1) of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 24 February 2023.

Premises declared to be protected place and surrounding area

2.—(1) The premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected place.

(2) The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected place for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.

Revocation

3. Revoke the Protected Places (No. 13) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 416/2006).
