(No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 17 December 2022.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Second Schedule to the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (No. 2) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 589/2022) —

(a)

in Division 1, after item 27, insert —

“27A.

(b)

in Division 2, after item 36, insert —
