(91 — General Operating Rules)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 31 December 2022.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Second Schedule to the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 441/2018) —
(a)in item 1, replace “Cost of the assessment, which must not exceed $6 per kg of the MCTOM of the aircraft involved” with “$2,540”; and
(b)delete item 2.
Transitional provision
3.  Despite regulation 2, the Second Schedule to the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 (as in force immediately before 31 December 2022) continues to apply in relation to any application for a permit to fly made before 31 December 2022 under regulation 5(4) of those Regulations and to any permit granted upon such an application, even if granted on or after that date.
