(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Registration of Registrable Personal Mobility Devices) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 19 December 2022.

Amendment of regulation 23

2. In regulation 23(2)(a) of the Active Mobility (Registration of Registrable Personal Mobility Devices) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 13/2019), replace “$7.49” with “$26.75”.
