Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 5)
Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 5) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 1 December 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 155, the following items:

“156. The Salvation Army, Peacehaven Jade Circle Arena

157. The Salvation Army, Peacehaven Bedok Arena”.
