(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 16 February 2021.

Amendment of Part 1 of Second Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the item relating to “Flora Drive — that part of Flora Drive between Upper Changi Road North and lamp post No. LP11R22.” and substituting the following items:

“Flora Drive.

Flora Road.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Margaret Drive.”, the following item:

“Mariam Way — that part of Mariam Way between Flora Road and Upper Changi Road North.”.
