(Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2020.
2.  Sections 6 and 25 of the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 2 December 2020.
