(Amendment No. 3) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A(2) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 4 December 2020.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules 2017 (G.N. No. S 667/2017) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after “11(2)” in paragraph (c), “, 11A(2)”;
(b)	by deleting the words “or 19(4)” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, 19(4) or 19C(2)”; and
(c)	by deleting the words “(Regulated Air Cargo Agents)” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “(Regulated Air Cargo Agents and Known Consignors)”.
