Infectious Diseases
(COVID-19 Self-notification)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Self‑notification) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Self‑notification) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 696/2021) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019” in the definition of “atypical finding for SARS‑CoV‑2” in paragraph (1) and substituting the words “COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance”; and
(b)by deleting the words “Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019” in paragraph (2) and substituting the words “COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance”.
Amendment of regulation 4
3.  Regulation 4(4) of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Self‑notification) Regulations 2021 is amended by deleting the words “regulation 13H of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 254/2020)” and substituting the words “regulation 16 of the Workplace Safety and Health (COVID‑19 Safe Workplace) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 992/2021)”.
