(COVID-19 — Stay Orders)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(2) of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 182/2020) is amended by deleting the words “Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019” and substituting the words “COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance”.
