(Duties) (Amendment)
Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 16 February 2021 at 4.45 p.m.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “$6.40 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2710.12.21, 2710.12.22 and 2710.12.23 and substituting in each case the words “$7.90 per dal”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “$5.60 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2710.12.24, 2710.12.25 and 2710.12.26 and substituting in each case the words “$6.60 per dal”.
