Infectious Diseases
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 104/2020) is amended by deleting the words “Infectious Diseases (Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019) Regulations 2021” in paragraph (h) and substituting the words “Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance) Regulations 2021 (formerly cited as the Infectious Diseases (Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019)”.
