(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2021 and come into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 29) is amended by inserting, immediately after “39(1),” in paragraph (a), “47G(1), 47K(1),”.
