Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations are the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods — Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 January 2023. |
Amendment of Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 |
2. In the First Schedule to the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 441/2018), replace the definitions of “Dangerous goods” and “Dangerous goods incident” with —

3. In regulation 14(3) of the Air Navigation (121 — Commercial Air Transport by Large Aeroplanes) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 444/2018), replace “Part VB of the Air Navigation Order (O 2)” with “the Air Navigation (92 — Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 998/2022)”. |
