Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the National Maritime Board (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 28(1) of the Act:
(a)section 20 of the Act; and
(b)regulations 9(3), 14(2), 19, 20(5), 21(2), 23(2), 24(2) and 38(2) of the National Maritime Board Regulations.
