Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Composition of offences

2. The offences under the following provisions may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 59(1) of the Act:

(a)	sections 9 (2), 19(2), 33(2), 34(2), 37(1), 40(4) and (5), 45(7), 46(3), 47, 50(1)(a) and (b), 51, 55(3)(a) and 57 of the Act;
(b)	regulation 13 of the Public Utilities (Central Water Catchment Area and Catchment Area Parks) Regulations (Rg 11); and
(c)	regulations 4 (4), 6(3), 7(3), 8(3), 9(5), 10(2)(a), 11(2), 12(1), (3) and (4), 13(4), 14(3), 15(3)(a) and (4), 23(3), 24(7), 25(2), 26(2), 28(3), 29(2), 30(3), 31(2), 32(2), 33(4), 36(5), 39(3)and 40 (4) of the Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations (Rg 5).
