Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(5) of the Auctioneers’ Licences Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 10th May 1996.

2. The fees payable to the Comptroller of Property Tax for the grant or renewal of an Auctioneer’s Licence, Appraiser’s Licence and a House Agent’s Licence shall be as follows:

(a) an Auctioneer’s Licence

$125

(b) an Appraiser’s Licence

$100

$ 75.

3. The Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order is revoked.
