Accounting and Corporate Regulatory
Authority (Assignment of Function)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act, the Minister for Finance hereby assigns to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority the function of promoting, facilitating and assisting in the development of the accountancy sector, including studying, reporting, making recommendations to and advising the Government on all matters relating to the development and promotion of the accountancy sector.
