15.—(1) Every licensed dealer shall keep a stock and sales book of such arms, which shall be open, during business hours, to the inspection of the Licensing Officer or any officer deputed by him.
(2) Every licensed dealer shall on demand furnish the Licensing Officer or the person deputed by him with copies of any entries which he may be required to supply.
(3) The stock and sales book shall specify —
(a)
the date on which any arms are taken into stock;
(b)
the number of the import licence (if the arms have been imported) or the name of the person from whom the arms were purchased or received;
(c)
the description of the arms;
(d)
numbers of each description taken into stock;
(e)
the date of sale of any arms;
(f)
the number of the purchase licence or export licence; and
(g)
the quantity of each description of arms sold or exported.
