Certificate of good standing
15.  The Council may, upon the application made by a registered allied health professional in such form as the Council may require and accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Third Schedule, issue to the registered allied health professional a certificate of good standing stating that on the date of its issue, that allied health professional is a registered allied health professional and that no proceedings under the Act have been taken or are pending against him.
Disclosure of information
16.  The Registrar may disclose any information in any register to any public officer in a ministry or department of the Government or any officer of a statutory board, if the Registrar is satisfied that such disclosure is necessary to enable the ministry, department or statutory board, as the case may be, to perform its public duty or discharge its functions, or if such disclosure is in the interest of public safety.
Fees
17.—(1)  The fees specified in the Third Schedule shall be payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
(2)  The Council may waive, remit or refund, in whole or in part, any fee payable under these Regulations in any particular case or class of cases.
Prescribed date for savings and transitional provisions
18.  For the purposes of section 76(1) of the Act, the prescribed date until which any person who, immediately before 15th April 2013, was practising any prescribed allied health profession shall be deemed to be a duly qualified allied health professional in that profession (unless he becomes registered under section 16, 17, 18 or 19 of the Act in respect of that profession or his application for registration is refused or withdrawn) shall be 14th April 2014.
