Compliance by third party with disclosed information
15.—(1)  A person to whom any protected information is disclosed pursuant to an authorisation by a competent authority under section 48(4) of the Act must not intentionally or negligently use or further disclose the protected information in a manner in contravention of the terms of the authorisation of the competent authority.

(2)  A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
