| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Betting (Singapore Pools (Private) Ltd. — Exemption) Notification. |
| Singapore Pools (Private) Ltd., members, officers and agents |
| 2. Singapore Pools (Private) Ltd. and its members, officers and authorised agents are hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the public lottery known as 4-Digit Numbers Games Draw promoted, organised or operated by the Company at such premises as may be approved by the Minister. |
