The Minister for finance has declared that the corporation known as Svenska Handelsbanken, being a corporation of a class which is not licensed under the Banking Act and has no branches in Singapore, shall be a prescribed corporation for the purpose of issuing Asian Dollar Floating Rate Certificates of Deposit.
