| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Business Registration (Exemption for Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 17th September 2002. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency established under the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency shall be exempted from complying with all the provisions of the Act. |
