| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Order. |
| Rate of duty |
| 2. The rate of duty charged on every bet under section 2(1) of the Act shall be 25% of the amount of the bet except that the rate of duty charged on every totalisator bet made in respect of any horse-race shall be 12% of the amount of the bet. [S 462/95 wef 04/11/1995] |
