Customs
(Customs Ticket Notices)
Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 125A and 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Customs Ticket Notices) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.

Offences prescribed for section 125A of Act

2. The offences to which section 125A of the Act applies are set out in the First Schedule.

Form of notice

3. A notice to be served on any person under section 125A of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Second Schedule.
