Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 47 (1) of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 5 (6), 8(3) or (8), 9(7), 10(3), 15(2), 18, 25(12), 28(1), 35(6), 38, 39A(2) or 39B(2) of the Act;
(b)an offence under the Charities (Fund-Raising Appeals) Regulations (Rg 8);
(c)an offence under the Charities (Fund-Raising Appeals for Foreign Charitable Purposes) Regulations (Rg 2);
(d)an offence under the Charities (Large Charities) Regulations (Rg 9); and
(e)an offence under the Charities (Registration of Charities) Regulations (Rg 10).
