2. The following offences may be compounded, in accordance with section 85(1) of the Act, by the Chief Executive or any authorised officer authorised by the Authority in writing to act under section 85 of the Act: | (a) | any offence under section 68(4) of the Act in connection with any contravention of by-law 4(1), 5(1), (2) or (4), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16(1), 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31(1) or (2), 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 40, 41, 43(1) or (2), 44(1), 45, 46(2), 47(1), 48(1), (2) or (4), 49, 50, 51(1) or (2), 52, 53(1), (2), (5) or (6), 55(1) or (2), 69 or 91(1) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Changi Airport) By-laws 2009 (G.N. No. S 313/2009); | | (b) | any offence under section 68(4) of the Act in connection with any contravention of by-law 4(1), 5(1), (2) or (4), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16(1), 17, 19, 26, 27, 31(1) or (2), 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 40, 41, 43(1) or (2), 44(1), 46(1) or 47 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) By-laws 2009 (G.N.
