(Chapter 33A)

Casino Control (Approved Games — Resorts World Sentosa) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(1) of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Approved Games — Resorts World Sentosa) Order 2010.

Approved games

2. Subject to paragraph 2A, the following games (referred to in this Order as the approved games) are hereby approved by the Authority as games that may be played in the casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd.:

(a)	Blackjack (RWS);
(b)	Caribbean Stud Poker (RWS);
(c)	Casino War (RWS);
(d)	Mini Dice (RWS) (Version 2); [S 308/2010 wef 17/06/2010]
(e)	Money Wheel (RWS);
(f)	Pai Gow (RWS);
(g)	Pontoon (RWS);
(h)	Progressive Texas Hold’em (RWS);
(i)	Roulette (RWS);
(j)	Tai Sai (RWS) (Version 2); [S 308/2010 wef 17/06/2010]
(k)	Three Card Poker (RWS);
(l)	Non-Commission Three Pictures (RWS);
(m)	Poker (RWS);
(n)	Commission Baccarat (RWS) (Version 2); [S 331/2011 wef 15/06/2011]
(o)	Commission Baccarat with Insurance (RWS) (Version 3); [S 308/2010 wef 17/06/2010] [S 331/2011 wef 15/06/2011]
(p)	Commission Baccarat with Super Six (RWS) (Version 2); [S 331/2011 wef 15/06/2011]

Approved tournament games

2A. A game specified in the Schedule may be played in the casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. only during a tournament based on the playing of that game.

Mode of play and rules for approved games

3. The Authority hereby approves the mode of play and the rules for the approved games as published on the official website of the Authority at http://www.cra.gov.sg.
