| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Cinematograph Film Hire Duty (Rate of Film Hire Duty) Notification. |

| 2. No film hire duty shall be levied in respect of any gross receipts derived or deemed, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, to have been derived, by a renter from the renting of films. |
