Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Animal Aid from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Animalaid Charity Golf 2008” promotion and the draw on 16th April 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Animal Aid with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 15th April 2008.
