(Exemption) (No. 18)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 18) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Snap and Win Photography Contest” promotion to be held from 26th April 2013 to 27th May 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the weekly draws to be held at 5 p.m. on 6th May 2013, 13th May 2013, 20th May 2013 and 27th May 2013, respectively, at the Administration Building of the Singapore Racecourse.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
