Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2004.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the National Kidney Foundation from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the Children’s Medical Fund Charity Show 2004 promotion to be held from 25th June 2004 to 21st July 2004 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws specified in the Schedule.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Kidney Foundation with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st June 2004.
