Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Pasir Ris Elias Community Club Management Committee and Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the People’s Association Active Mind Festival 2008 — Mahjong Tournament to be held on 15th December 2007, 23rd December 2007 and 13th January 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Pasir Ris Elias Community Club Management Committee and Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 13th December 2007.
