Community Mediation Centres Act
(Chapter 49A)
Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Community Mediation Centres Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2004.
Community Mediation Centres
2.  The Minister hereby determines that the following Community Mediation Centres shall be established at the premises specified below for the purpose of providing mediation services in accordance with the Act:
(1)Community Mediation Centre (Regional East) Marine Parade District Hall Block 50, Marine Terrace #03-265 Singapore 440050
(2)Community Mediation Centre (Central) The URA Centre, East Wing 45, Maxwell Road #01-13 Singapore 069118
(3)Community Mediation Centre (Regional North) Woodlands Civic Centre 900, South Woodlands Drive #04-02 Singapore 730900
(4)Community Mediation Centre (Subordinate Courts) Subordinate Courts 1 Havelock Square Singapore 059724.
Revocation
3.  The Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 285/2003) is revoked.
