Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 1999
Responsibility of Minister for Trade and Industry
It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that BG (NS) George Yong-Boon Yeo shall, with effect from 3rd June 1999, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Trade and Industry.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 1999.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 48/97) is cancelled.
