Responsibility of Prime Minister
It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has retained in his charge, with effect from 23rd November 2001, the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2001.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 41/97) is cancelled.
