Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Age to Withdraw Minimum Sum) Notification.

Prescribed age

2. For the purposes of subsections (7) and (7A) of section 15 of the Act, the age of 60 years referred to in those subsections shall be 62 years.
