The Minister for Labour has approved the following tertiary institutions for the purposes of section 22 of the Act:

(a)	The National University of Singapore; [S 454/89] [1.6.89]
(b)	the Nanyang Technological University;
(c)	the Ngee Ann Polytechnic,
(d)	the Singapore Polytechnic; and
(e)	the Temasek Polytechnic. [S 192/90] [1.6.90]
