The Minister for Finance has declared the following corporations or class of corporations to be prescribed corporations for the purposes of section 97 of the Act:

(1)	The European Investment Bank established under the Treaty of Rome. [S 341/75] [19.12.1975]
(2)	The Australian Resources Development Bank Limited in respect of the proposed issue of US$10,000,000 Deposit Notes (Due 1982) and A$10,000,000 Deposit Notes (Due 1982) to be made by the said Corporation. [3706/77] [16.11.77]
(3)	Settsu Paperboard Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in respect of the proposed issue of US$15,000,000 Convertible Bonds (Due 1992) to be made by the said Corporation. [3706/77] [19.11.77]
(4)	Orient Leasing (Caribbean) N.V. in respect of the proposed issue of US$30,000,000 Guaranteed Notes (Due 1985) to be made by the said Company. [2437/80] [18.6.80]
(5)	The Ente Nazionale Per L’Energia Elettrica in respect of the proposed issue of US$100,000,000 Floating Rate Debentures (Due 1987) to be made by the said public statutory body. [2438/80] [18.6.80]
(6)	Societe Nationale pour la Recherche, la Production le Transport, la Transformation et la Commercialisation des Hydrocarbures (Sonatrach) in respect of the proposed issue of US$25,000,000 Guaranteed Floating Rate Notes (Due 1987) to be made by the said Company. [2590/79] [7.7.79]
