In exercise of the powers conferred by section 386AN(1) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Companies (Direction under Section 386AN(1)) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 30 July 2020.

Direction under section 386AN(1) of Act

2. The Minister directs the Registrar to maintain a central register of controllers of companies and foreign companies.
