Diplomatic and Consular Relations (Powers of Consular Officers) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(10) of the Diplomatic and Consular Relations Act 2005, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Relations (Powers of Consular Officers) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2005.

Application of section 5 of Act

2. Section 5 of the Act shall apply to the following States:

(a)	the Kingdom of Norway;
(b)	the Kingdom of Sweden;
(c)	the United States of America;
(d)	the Hellenic Republic;
(e)	the French Republic;
(f)	the United Mexican States;
(g)	the Federal Republic of Germany;
(h)	the Italian Republic.

Made this 29th day of April 2005.
