| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Appointment of Developers) (No. 2) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 27th August 2002. |
| Appointment of developer and specification of land to be developed |
| 2. The Minister hereby appoints the developer set out in the first column of the Schedule to develop, under the executive condominium scheme, the parcel of land specified in the second column thereof and to sell the housing accommodation so developed. |
