Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Essential (Incitement Against National Service) Regulations.
Offences
2.  Any person who —
(a)orally or in writing urges any person liable to register for national service under the provisions of the Enlistment Act [Cap. 93] not to register;
(b)orally or in writing urges any person to obstruct in any way whatsoever the service or delivery of a notice or other document required to be served or delivered under the Enlistment Act to any person registered or liable to register under the provisions of that Act; or
(c)urges other persons to oppose national service,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
